Nextech Integrated Credit Card Processing

Nextech’s integrated credit card processing solution is integrated directly into the Nextech Practice Management software, creating efficiency for your practice and providing fast, accurate credit card processing while eliminating the need form annually reconciling payments.

Nextech’s new Integrated Credit Card Processing platform uses PCI-Validated Point-to-PointEncryption (P2PE), the most secure technology available, and includes support for EMV chip-card transactions, reducing credit card processing security risks for your practice and your patients.

New Integrated Credit Card Customers

If you are not currently processing credit card transactions through Nextech please follow quick and simple steps below to get set up:

Nextech has partnered with leading credit card processors Intuit Innovative Merchant Services andCardConnect for you to choose from:

1.    Request quotes:

·       For a quote from Intuit Innovative MerchantServices Contact Andrew Oscar at 954-816-6386 or email ICCP@Innovativemerchantgroup.com.

·       For a quote from CardConnect email nextechsales@cardconnect.com

2.    Once you have chosen a processor, Click here to purchase your devices direct from Nextech. Each device uses encrypted software to meet P2PE standards and will be configured before being dispatched to you. * Devices ship within 7-10 business days.

3.    Contact Nextech at iccp@nextech.com to schedule a time to install and test your new credit card devices at all your office locations.

4.    To ensure the correct operation of your ICCP devices, customers must run Nextech V12.8 or higher. If you need to perform an upgrade, please contact Nextech Product Support at 1-866-654-4396 option #1, then #1 or visit the Nextech Community Portal to log a support ticket and schedule your system upgrade.

Existing Non-Chip/EMV Integrated Credit Card Customers

If you are currently using either Chase or Intuit with the magnetic strip readers (non-Chip/EMV readers) please follow these quick and simple steps below to get set up with Nextech’s new Integrated Credit Card Processing:

Chase

1.     Click here to purchase your devices direct from Nextech. Each device uses encrypted software to meet P2PE standards and will be configured before being dispatched to you. * Devices ship within 7-10 business days.

2.    Email Nextech at iccp@nextech.com or call 813-279-2757 to schedule a time to discuss the next steps in the migration process and to install and test your new credit card devices at all your office locations.

3.    To ensure the correct operation of your ICCP devices, customers must run Nextech V12.8 or higher. If you need to perform an upgrade, please contact Nextech Product Support at 1-866-654-4396 option #1, then #1 or visit the Nextech Community Portal to log a support ticket and schedule your system upgrade. If you are a NexCloud subscriber, there are no software upgrades required.

Intuit

1.    If you are currently using Intuit Innovative Merchant Services through Nextech’s old non-Chip/EMV ready credit card processing platform please contact Andrew Oscar at 954-816-6386 or Aoscar@innovativemerchantgroup.com to have your account setup for migration to the new platform.

To comply with latest industryencryption standards and ensure the correct operation of devices, Nextech recommends running on the latest version of Nextech software.  EffectiveJune 1st, 2018, industry standards will be updated and ICCP customers will be required to use Nextech V12.8.  If you are a NexCloud subscriber, there are no changes required.  If you are a Nextech Select customer, please contact your Client Success Manager for details on how to schedule an upgrade.
